This deposit secures you a slot in April, May or June. I will be in contact over the next few days with a rough estimate of when your slot will be. Once I am ready to make your quilt, I will contact you for remaining payment and to ask you to send me your items.
You only need to choose your size when I contact you for your items.

- I will contact you towards the middle of the month before your slot. I highly recommend you get your items together before this time so that you're ready to confirm size and send your items when I contact you.
- Feel free to message me at any point in the process if you need some guidance on choosing items to send.
- Once I receive your items, it'll take 3-4 weeks for me to send your finished quilt back to you.
- Return postage via Royal Mail Tracked 24 is included in the price. You can upgrade to special delivery for £10 which will guarantee next working day delivery.
The nitty gritty Terms and Conditions:
- Deposits are non-refundable, but I can move your slot if you're not ready to send your items when I contact you.
- Cost of postage of your items to me is to be covered by you - I recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for the highest amount of coverage and tracking or Tracked 24 so that you can track your parcel along the way.
- Quilts are non-returnable/non-refundable as they are fully personalised, custom order using your own items.
- Please, please only send items that you are happy for me to include in the quilt because I will get started pretty much as soon as I receive your items.
- The leftover fabric will be recycled unless you specify otherwise.
